During 26 and 27 June 2008 was developed Intercollegiate Chess Tournament which involved 150 students from schools EPB, ESB and senior high school.
The event was organized by the Director of the EPB No. 12, Prof. Damian Roverano, with the overall coordination of Osvaldo Ravier, President FAGEMAA, Coast Region.
collaborated on the same Paul Ravier, Sergio Tataryn, Michael Arena, Federico Barros, Fabian Amado.
The prizes were provided by SUTEBA La Costa, Program Open Patios, EPB Cooperative Association and Mr. Dart Ottaviani 12., in a joint effort to make the trophies an icon of recognition and encouragement.
The Club Social y Deportivo Mar de Ajo kindly gave the use of their facilities on both days for the completion of the tournament in optimal environmental conditions. 3rd
